ROCKTOBER traditionally begins on the morning of October 1st and ends at midnight on Halloween when all those celebrating ROCKTOBER raise a glass and spend a moment thinking of all that they have done within a 31 day time period. After that moment of reflection they down said drink and continue to ROCK until they are exhausted beyond the point of no return. November 1st is a traditional bed rest day for those who have ROCKED.
